The pilot project, “Reducing Vulnerability of Migrant Workers by Empowering Them through Local Groups in Selected VDCs of Dhanusha and Parsa Districts,” funded by ILO-Nepal and implemented by HSWO, conducted a situation analysis exercise as a foundational activity. The report highlights three sections: the participatory methodology used for orienting Peer Educators (PEs) and supervisors through a two-day training in Janakpur; findings at household and community levels among beneficiaries and local groups; and the recommended ways forward to leverage the data for impactful interventions. This initiative aims to empower migrant workers through informed, community-driven approaches.
