How we help

HSWO’s awareness program on climate change and mental health engaged students in Thimi’s governmental schools, fostering discussions and inspiring action for a sustainable future. This initiative empowers the next generation with crucial knowledge to drive positive environmental and mental health outcomes.

HSWO conducted a free health camp at Aadarsha MV, Thimi, where over 200 individuals received essential care. Our dedicated team of doctors provided preventive screenings, personalized medical advice, and attentive consultations, ensuring that each patient received the care they needed. This initiative highlights our ongoing commitment to improving community health.

HSWO’s “Climate Change & Impacts on Lives and Livelihood” program in Sindupalchowk Rural Municipality successfully concluded, focusing on how environmental changes affect mental well-being. While the program has ended, the commitment to building resilience and creating a healthier, more sustainable future continues.

On 2081-01-15, HSWO launched a training program in Sindupalchowk Rural Municipality, empowering healthcare professionals to tackle climate change and resilience. The program highlights the connection between environmental shifts and public health, equipping frontline workers with strategies to protect communities and promote a healthier, greener future

On World Population Day in 2060 and 2061, HSWO participated by setting up a stall to promote HIV/AIDS prevention, sharing IEC materials, and distributing condoms. For its efforts, HSWO was recognized with Certificates of Appreciation from the Environment and Population Ministry on multiple occasions
